Hi, I’m Kirby! I joined Neu Capital in January 2025.

I’m originally from Brisbane, moved to Melbourne in 2021 and have now moved to Sydney in 2025. Each city is unique and all have been enjoyable – from growing up in Brisbane, to the social, sport and culinary scene in Melbourne, and now settling into the inner west in Sydney.

I started my career working across SME, commercial and real estate financing roles with Suncorp in Brisbane. I then moved to Westpac in Melbourne, working in roles supporting the origination, structuring, execution, and ongoing management of corporate, leveraged and acquisition finance transactions for a range of public and private corporates, and private equity and private capital sponsors.

I worked in these roles full-time while completing a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at the Queensland University of Technology on a part-time basis. I clearly enjoy having limited free time and as such, decided to undertake a Masters (Applied Finance) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) which is due to be completed mid-2025.

Away from the office and from university, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner Jemma and my dachshund Franco, dining at quality restaurants, socialising with friends, and both watching and playing golf and tennis. I also enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures – my favourite destinations have included Copenhagen, Stockholm, and a few different places in Switzerland.
