Hi, I’m Pavle

I was born and raised in Sydney and have always loved the city’s mix of coastal and urban life. Growing up, I spent a lot of time outdoors, whether playing soccer, or enjoying Sydney’s beaches. After high school, I pursued my studies at the University of Technology Sydney, completing a Bachelor of Commerce followed by an Honours in Finance.

I began my career at Westpac and later worked at Olvera Advisors, where I gained experience in corporate finance, restructuring, and investment strategy.  At Neu Capital, I now help mid-market businesses find the right funding solutions. Each day brings new challenges, and I enjoy working in a collaborative environment where I can learn and contribute alongside a talented team. Outside of work, I played semi-professional soccer in the New South Wales Premier League, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

Travelling is a big passion of mine. Some of my favoured trips included watching a live soccer game in Italy, exploring the Spanish cuisine and beautiful beaches of the Greek Islands. On weekends, I enjoy trying new restaurants, hitting the gym, and making the most of Sydney’s vibrant lifestyle.
