As a Graduate Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work directly with Managing Directors and support a team of analysts and associates on a range of mid-market transactions across special situations, corporate debt, acquisition finance and structured finance
- Assist in both the origination of new mandates and the execution through completion of deal pitches and compiling deal materials (such as Credit Papers, Information Memorandums and Financial Models)
- Perform 3-way statement financial modelling, with a specific focus on debt sizing as well as LBO, cashflow and downside modelling
- Undertake analysis for structured finance transactions including stratifications on loan tapes
- Provide support in the preparation of origination materials, market research and listed company analysis
- Develop a good understanding of deal structuring through detailed, end-to-end involvement in transactions
- Develop and build strong client relationship skills with consistent client interaction on live mandates
